"The staff was amazing. The best service you can get anywhere! We stayed in the casita next to the pool which is cleaned daily. The casita (small house) is fully equipped. Has beautifully carved hardwood doors with palms trees ect. The landscape is beautiful a real paradise. Loved it all."
"For a Solo traveler, this hotel was perfect—safe, clean, and quiet. The staff were pleasant overall. There was one instance where I did not like a recommended drink but was still charged because “there was nothing wrong with it”-not very accommodating. Other than that, I didn’t have any issues. I rented a golf cart from across the street and it was free to park on the property. The pool and gym was perfect for me. It’s a nice place for couples and solo travelers. However, I wouldn’t recommend for girls trip."
"Definitely recommend staying here. The staff was very wonderful, they gave us some great information about activities around town. They are also located right next to a food truck and a supermarket which was a plus for my guest and I. The rooms are a bit small to my liking but nonetheless very accommodating. They also have a microwave in some of the rooms which was very helpful with me reheating leftovers, the staff were friendly. They have a rooftop bar and restaurant the food there was good. Overall very nice place to stay. I will be back."
"Excellent stay! The service was amazing! The ability to walk right out to the pool was such a plus! The only thing we wish was the swim up bar stayed open later especially for summer months. It closes at 7pm. Also for the cost I think continental breakfast being included would be a fair addition. Only 20 minutes to Secret Beach & less than 5 minutes to truck stop food park! Great stay, great location amazing service, deposit returned promptly. Let them know you’re checking out early am as the front desk isn’t open 24 hours. Thank you! Will highly recommend!"
"Ramon's Village was perfect fro us. Everything we needed was on property and San Pedro was just out the gates of the property. Centrally located right across the street from the airport."
"The view is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They do have a ferry every 1.5 hours or so between South and north caye caulker. The location is not very convenient but very quiet. Hope next time the seaweed will be gone. They have swings by the beach."
