"I absolutely loved this property. It’s very small and quaint but the views of the volcano are amazing. I love the bathtub with the window looking at the volcano. The dirt road to drive there is a little sketchy being that I’m a woman by myself and did not have a four-wheel-drive, but I made it. "It feels like you are staying at a botanical garden surrounded by hibiscus and other plants with nearby native animals in the surrounding rainforest. We were awakened by the call of howler monkeys and the peeps of geckos every morning at sunrise, and saw toucans and other birds nesting in nearby tress during the day - mostly early morning and near dusk. Also families of howler monkeys in the trees. The hotel area includes a trail (about 1.5 km) into the rainforest and across a creek that is well maintained and similar to those at Silencio or Mistico. The buffet breakfast was fantastic!"
