"We booked a King Suite at the
hotel as we were travelling with an infant with a very early bed time. Upon arriving we went to our room to discover that we were in a standard Queen room. Apparently the hotel had been “overbooked” and our room was unavailable for the first night. We booked three months prior but they waited until we arrived to tell us this leaving us with absolutely no alternative option. We ended up spending the evening sat on the bathroom floor.
The hotel itself was fine, but do not trust that you will get the room that you booked. "
"The property was older, but well maintained. The breakfast was good. This hotel was located close to several National Parks and lots of other things to do. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable."
"How this property is rated 3 stars is beyond me. There was blood on the wall in our bathroom and on the comforter on one of the beds. The sheets had stains on them and the room had an odd odor. We were able to get extra towels and a pillow. We asked for the room to be serviced one of the 3 nights we were there and even though the Wyndham sticker on the mirror says they will change the linens and provide fresh towels, they re-made the bed with the stained sheets that were already on the bed and the comforter with the blood on it.
The breakfast was average and there was no non-dairy option in the milk and the eggs had cheese in them. I travel for work weekly and this was a very disappointing stay. The property is in need of a refresh.
The pool was un-usable since it was covered in cottonwood pollen from the trees directly behind the building. We were not the only ones not getting in the pool.
The desk staff said they would email me a receipt when we checked out and I have yet to receive anything since we checked out 2 days ago."
