"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Nice staffs, clean room and good breakfast! Spacious room with all you need. Very convenient location to nearby attractions. Parking with fees. Special thanks to Omar, a very intelligent and hard working young man from Syria. I wish Omar all the best!"
"The hotel was great - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"
"For value for money, one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Well-kept inside and out, immersed in a magical atmosphere just a few steps from the center of Sanliurfa."
"Fabulous, almost new boutique hotel with 7 rooms half way up the hill at the back of the markets.
Owner was friendly and helpful, arranging us tickets at a local event.
The included breakfast was small but sufficient.
(just watch the costs associated with 'welcome tea' and 'breakfast coffee')"
"The service provided by Burak was excellent. He provided breakfast when we wanted it as well as cold water and hot tea through the day. The hotel was right by the Abraham Mosque which made it easy to walk. "

"The breakfast is the best I’ve had in Turkey. The staff were very warm, welcoming and hospitable. I had an amazing time. Highly recommend booking a stay at this place"

"The property didn’t have parking available, they directed us to a parking garage. On the morning of our departure we had an issue getting the car out of the garage because it was closed and we had a flight to catch so it was stressful. Hotel helped us get the car out.
We only stayed one night so there was no time to fix the issues but here are some issues we had:
Our original room was nice and big but the electricity wasn’t working in the original room so they moved us to a much smaller room other a bathroom that didn’t have a working door (door would not stay shut). They didn’t apologize or help remedy the fact that we were downgraded.
Check in and check out is hectic, it seems there is only one person who checks people in. He’s also the chef and also helps with luggage. No explanation was given about property or room, no info about WiFi. Mainly we were told about a shop where we could buy some local foods. It seems that was the main focus to ensure we went to his contact’s shop.
The hotel is beautiful and old, I heard it was previously a monastery so it’s cool to stay there however I would have preferred a less stressful experience. "
"The hotel is about 350 meters from the main road and to get there you need to walk up a hill, its not steep. Its around 150 meters to Ibrahim Mosque and you can also walk to the park nearby Namrud Castle, around 400 meters or so, you will get a magnificent view of Ibrahim Mosque and Sanliurfa at night at the park. The hotel is 3 stories, with the breakfast served on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is simple but delicious. The staff was very accomodating to our needs especially the elderly. There is also washing machine and dryer on the 3rd floor. Te room decor is quite nice, we feel like we are staying in an ancient castle. The surroundings is quite and calming."
