"Very nice and clean hotel. Close to everything within town centre. We get upgraded and the staff in the front desk are all wonderful especially Mr Joel. Mr Rodney and Tonya are very helpful as well. Will definitely stay there again when we come back."

"The hottub that was open was a little foamy, and the other hot tub and sauna were closed for construction, but the view from the roof is amazing. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were amazing - when we were leaving the power went out and we couldn’t use the elevator, but 2 of the staff members happened to be there and they helped us carry everything down to our car - we didn’t even have to ask they just volunteered. As well the staff and food at Pancini’s was fantastic"

"Room is clean, bus stop is right outside of the resort to Banff downtown, 10 minutes away, the mini kitchen is convenient to cook a quick meal, and pool was closed. "

"Phenomenal. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, location is perfect (right next to the Main Street shopping) with a great restaurant and a great coffee shop attached. This will be the only place we stay from now on when we come to Banff - finally a hotel that’s worth the price you pay! This is the first stay in Banff where our hotel hasn’t been disappointing in any way. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about our experience here, and we’re already planning our next visit! If I could give a higher rating I absolutely would!"
