"The hotel is extremely beautiful and completely spotless. The breakfast was superb with so much choice. Shuttles were on time and with plenty room. The hotel is let down by some of the staff who are not super friendly and we didn’t always feel welcomed. The aircon in our room was also broken. We ordered two coffees to our room and had to pay 24 euros for the pleasure. The pool is only open in summer months. "

"This hotel is Very terrible place to live even very disgusting as Wel as there is no one in the reception to show the room as we had to wait too long for get someone help us . Actually this hotel is doing fraud with tourist , to be hohent we are not coming here for staying whole day or night just to sleep for little while 'on the other hand this hotel take the advantage from tourist this is the reason tourist not coming that much. "Beautiful hotel, walkable, and kind helpful staff. We loved the breakfast and how fresh it was too. My only complaint is that each room doesn’t have its own tempature controls so we were often hot in our room and the spa doesn’t offer any services such as massage, facial, etc. "

"Every staff member from the front desk to bar to cleaning staff were super friendly, genuine and approachable. The hotel is in a convenient area in proximity to the dropoff location from the airport and in a less densely populated area for some peaceful time yet close to key attraction areas. "

"Although recently reopening after a refurbishment, the property did not seem especially modernised and the room and public spaces were much the same as our previous visit 10 years ago, albeit with a decade’s more use. The restaurant was incredibly overpriced, although the food was good, but the team were clearly very new and so service was inconsistent and missed bread, amuse bouche etc for some tables; wine list was forgotten and then the wine itself was not poured for 30 minutes until we asked for it to be opened. Those members of the restaurant staff who knew what they were doing were good but half the room of tables were unserved for 20-30 minutes at a time, so more than one table of guests walked out. There are some nice touches like the kids room, bikes and it is great to have some quiet outside space in Venice. The boat service is great fun, although the gaps in the timetable often coincided with our needs to travel back with young children, unfortunately so we spent a lot on water taxis as well. As a summary, the lovely property is let down by inconsistent service still finding its feet after reopening and tired feeling rooms which did not seem to have been refurbished at all, together with a very overpriced restaurant, so not worth the premium price overall. "
