We had a pleasant stay at Ibis, very nice and helpful staff, pool was such a nice touch! A bit out of the way, you’d have to drive or Uber to the city centre. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

Very clean room. Staff very pleasant and professional. Only small minor inconvenience was the fact there was no plug socket on one side of the bed to charge phone or laptop. Pity the restaurant was closed the weekend we were there, however not through any fault of the staff. Overall was good. Otherwise - 2 happy customers.

located close from the motorway A7 5mn drive from city center of Cavaillon Rooms seem to have been renovated compared to a few years ago as it started to be old nice view on river , even if we hear a bit main road too Good AC Pillows could be a bit more harder. Too soft Good breakfast with a good local corner ; the rest is more classic : No waouhh but no disappointment too

This is a combination of Mercure and Ibis in one building with one reception desk. Oliver staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I stated an Ibis room which was cley and very comfortable. The included breakfast was varied, continental style.The location is at the edge of Cavaillon with easy access to the A7, D99 to St Remy de Provence, and the towns of Gordes and Roussillon.

Very poor stay, the hotel rooms and facilities are average and effortable, but staff has very bad behaviour, from receptionist to restaurant, till being unprofessional and also impolite sometimes. English is not a well accepted. Not in line with other Ibis hotels, where usually the staff is a plus. I recommend to book somewhere else

Adequate but not 100% as advertised

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to attend a wedding in the area. Found it clean and comfortable but with some mis-representations. Firstly, on hotels.com the room was listed as having a mini fridge. We arrived to find a spot for a fridge but no mini fridge. When we asked we were told they don't have them. This was a major nuisance as it was very hot (July) and we couldn't cool our pre-purchased water as we expected when we selected the room. Secondly, the hotel advertises itself as having EV chargers. Physically this is true but practically it is not. The EV chargers operated by a 3rd party who requires pre-registration and 10 days to mail a chip-containing card for payment.. without which cannot use the chargers. Unless you already have the app and card they are of no use. Hotel takes no responsibility and provides no support for the EV chargers. The lack of EV charging capabilities was a significant problem for us as we rented an EV believing we could charge at the hotel but we couldn't. We would most likely have made other arrangements if we knew the real "status" of the EV chargers. Some positives: ample free parking, good breakfast and pool was great relief for summer heat.

Odeur de shit dans la chambre à minuit. La chambre d’à cote se détendait « mais il arrête maintenant ». Aucune sanction. « il sera interdit à l’hôtel à l’avenir ». On ne propose même pas de changer de chambre. Après réclamation on le donne un autre chambre déjà occupée. 1h du mat enfin une chambre vide. Aucune excuses ni geste commerciale au Check out ni considération de la nuit catastrophique.
