"This is a beautiful, new two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking a large city park. The views of the surrounding mountains were beautiful. There is a good pizza restaurant next door, and other good dining options nearby. Very central and great for walking around Boquete. "The room was great and the common area is nice too. WiFI and AC worked great. My only complaint is that I couldn't find anyone when I tried to check in. There is no office. Everything is conducted remotely. Once I was clued into this, it went much more smoothly - but for awhile I thought I might have to just leave and find another place."

"Our stay at Bocas Paradise Hotel was excellent, primarily due to its unbeatable location. The Highlights: Prime Location: Being right on the main street of Isla Colon made it incredibly easy to explore the town, find dining options, and soak in the local atmosphere. Tour Convenience: If you're planning on doing any excursions, this is the place to be. The boat tours are located right next door, which made our morning departures seamless. Atmosphere & Noise: While the hotel is close to the nearby clubs, we found the noise levels to be perfectly manageable. I had packed earplugs just in case after reading previous reviews, but we actually never needed to use them. Overall, a great home base for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action in Bocas del Toro!"

"The room was absolutely lovely and restful. The hotel is very very nice and had a warm and relaxing feel to it. Old world elegance is the term I would use. We had breakfast and dinner at the Tach restaurant. The breakfast was very good with a varieties of choices and very farm to table. The dinner was excellent. Staff always friendly and attentive. The bar is especially charming and made a mean whisky sour. Loved the fireplaces for a cosy nightcap. All in all, a very pleasant stay. The only recommendation? Perhaps be the first luxury hotel to offer excellent decaf coffee. "

"Ok. Here is a review to help people as I have seen some bad reviews. This property is not a $1500/night maldives room. It needs some TLC - some deck boards and railings are at end of life, as are some chairs. We stayed in the master suite and really liked the place. Water is crystal clear, master suite has the best fish viewing, owners are really friendly and eager to please, food and drinks are decent - fresh OJ for the tequila sunrise! The charging station at the reception is not a big deal. I don’t need tvs. Fans kept us cool and it rained almost every night. There were a couple minor damp spots after rain but did not need the provided container. For the price this place is 100% worth it. I would go back in heart beat. If you need a blow dryer and straight iron and other high powered appliances to feel like you at home and need to watch your reality TV on a big screen, you might want to skip this. If you want a great relaxing location and unique experience - do it! "
