"My recent stay at the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco offered a mixed experience. As a new establishment, it certainly has its strengths, but there are also areas that could significantly improve.
The staff were consistently polite and helpful, which is always a highlight and contributes positively to the overall atmosphere. The accommodation style is quite unique, with guest rooms located in standalone houses, each containing four separate apartments. This provides a sense of privacy that many guests...

"Já me hospedo há alguns anos no Duro Beach, adoro esse lugar, atendimento impecável, comida, boa, quartos amplos...todo mundo muuuito gentil, mas acho que esta precisando de manutenção...quartos com manchas de umidade na parede...chuveiro pessimo..agua sai pra parede...banho tomado em partes...o estado geral do hotel carece de uma atenção..."

"Acomodação (quarto) bom, cama boa, lençóis limpos. Banheiro precisa de atualização, com pisos em ardósia, área molhada sem revestimento, e tive problemas com a água quente (estavam com problema no fornecimento).
Atendimento da recepção boa, podendo melhorar, atendimento do bar boa, porém na cozinha externa ruim, erro no pedido.
Área comum muito boa, café da manhã muito bom.
Possibilidade de melhorar o atendimento de praia visto que é pé na areia
Acredito que existem pontos a melhorar, mas...
