"The staff are very helpful and good in service. When I arrived at quite late at night and all my credit cards from Japan cannot be charged, plus I don't have enough cash. The front desk staff who is not very good in English but tried very hard to help me with different method to get the payment done. Very helpful and polite staff.
Standard room is exceptionally big and clean. The room equip with smart TV to watch Netflix or Youtube. Also there is a sanitizing "Styler" in room which can help to...

"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window...

"The room is small. Not much to see or do around here however metro is nearby to other areas.
If you're not a fan of wet toilets, this is not a place for you.
Also, you'll be charged Won10.000 for extending your checkout by an hour til1200. Landlady won't budge. This despite me paying an extra full day so that I could check in early rather than wait til the 1600 check in time. (After a red eye)
Would I stay here again - No. "

"This is a very nice hotel (nicest of the 3 we stayed at while in South Korea). It has beach paths that are nice to walk along and a decent food options near by. The location wasn't great for all the things we wanted to do but it was easy to get an Uber or take the bus/train to where we needed to go. "

"the hotel may be a little old now I assume, there were some flaws in the room, but everything was kept clean most of the time (on one of the towels were a few stains), the staff was very friendly and the hotel is very close to a metro station, which helps exploring the city "

It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window advising not to throw cigarette butt out the window. There were zero western electric outlets. Provided usb outlets were non functioning in either room. Towels povided wre hand towels no bath towels on premises. "Breakfast included" was hot water, ramen, and boiled eggs. All in all, a miserable stay and the mouthy young staffer is the worst. Not recommended for westerners. "
"Overall, this hotel was lovely. The foyer was beautiful, and the sitting area was nice. The front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting me with my lost baggage. I enjoyed my stay, but the bathtub was a significant issue. It was inconvenient and frustrating when the water would run out while I was showering.
Despite this, I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy peace and quiet. It was near the mountains and beside a temple, which was quite calming. "
