There is some climbing involved on the path up to Cathedral Rock. Its a neat 1 1/2 hour adventure/workout on the red rocks up to the "Saddle" where everyone stops and takes pictures. Many people claim it as their favorite hike in Sedona.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was in a very convenient area. Short walk to great restaurants. Breakfast was very good and views were nice. Staff were not super friendly, but it was overall a very nice place.
