É decorado com imagens de anjos barrocos, plantas, medalhões ovais com santos e imagens quase em tamanho real do Tsar Alexey e da Imperatriz Anna. O sino nunca chegou a ser usado pois se quebrou ainda durante a fase final da fundição durante um incêndio. A água jogada, na tentativa de apagar o incêndio, provocou um choque térmico que o quebrou. O pedaço que quebrou pesa 11,5 toneladas e está exposto junto com o sino.
