"Large clean room. Right in the middle of the old town. But at night after your close the balcony doors it is quiet. Bathroom is large and clean. Totally safe. Restaurants right in the immediate area. Ferry 10min walk. You can also walk 15min to the peninsula sticking out where the Mediterranean is on one side and the Atlantic is on the other where surfers ride the waves. Nice paseo/walk along the beach with soft sand too. We found parking in an outdoor lot about 10-15min walk that wasn't too expensive. The hotel is a little tricky to find, but it's around the corner from a restaurant with the same name. We arrived around 19-20:00 hours, which is outside the reception time, but the restaurant gave us the key no problem. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The parking was a joke, I was charged 40 euros for parkimg at the hotel, but every time I came back in the evening, I had to go round in circles to find a place to park. I had to leave my car any where there was the smallerst of space and hope for the best. A lot of noice, with banging doors what ever the time."

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in fact extended my stay by one day. The room allocated was very nice, comfortable, clean and from the small balcony I had a lovely view across the bay to Gibraltar and Algeciras. The room had a fridge and coffee making facilities. The room was cleaned each day. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfactory with hot and cold options available. I used the small gym each day of my stay. There was a small selection of weights and a couple of running / cross training machines. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the town centre where there is a wide range of cafes, bars, restaurants for eating out if you don’t want to dine in the hotel. The only negative thing I would note was that on arrival I asked where the advertised outdoor pool was and was advised that there was no pool. The outdoor pool is part of the advertised facilities and is also mentioned in the floor guide in the lift. I had selected the hotel in part because of the advertised outdoor pool. Disappointing."

"The room was okay but old and worn. The outdoor space was dirty and had a lot of leaves on the ground. The pool was beautiful. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice. "

"Rosa upgraded me for free. From a single room I get a studio full furnished. Cleaning + changing towels daily. Excellent team-Staff from the front desk to the "cleaning staff". Hotel well located close to the main spots (plaza alta + bus-train station + fresh food market : walking distance less than 5min, very nice beach you can reach with bus#3...). I higly recommend.Thank you all !"
