"Staff was fantastic & very helpful, room & premesis was very clean, beautiful property. Was slightly disappointed in the room & hot tub water temperature, beautiful claw foot soaking tub in room with lukewarm water & hot tub was also lukewarm but that may be normal instead of US hot."

"This hotel is quite remote but if you are looking for peace and quiet it is ideal. The buildings and rooms are traditional and spacious. Ahmed, the host, was exceptional in his one to one service to each guest. There is a local restaurant but it was not open during my stay but Ahmed made a 3 course dinner with drinks each evening which was simple but exceptional. As a chain hotel addict, this stay has certainly made me appreciate the personal touch that small, private hotels can bring. Will definitely return."

"the stay was excellent. The service from Hotels.com was popor and gave rise to problems checking in. Great location in Piacenza. Key locations, venues all a shoirt walk away. Parking in the area is problematic."
