"The staff are courteous and very efficient . My room is beautiful and I’m Looking forward to climbing under the fluffy duvet for a much needed rest. I enjoyed a delicious gluten free burger and fresh green salad. Love this hotel!"

"Hotel is at a decent location in downtown Halifax. Close walk to the citadel and about 10-15 mins away from waterfront. You will most likely need to pay for on site covered parking because there aren’t many free spaces. Rooms were basic and clean. Elevators are slow and there are only 2. When it is busy, elevators can take 5-10mins. Breakfast is also basic, usually eggs, pork sausages/bacon and roasted potatoes, a bread and waffle section. There is a Filipino bakery/cafe beside the hotel if you want other food and beverage options. There is one microwave in the lobby (dirty and did not work when I tried to warm up food). Lobby staff and cleaners are friendly. The basement has laundry, indoor pool and gym."

"Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are no frills but clean. The shared bathroom on my floor was clean but the shower area was a bit cramped and larger people may have some difficulty. Luggage storage for an extra $10. Maybe not cozy enough for a longer stay but it was a good value for 1 night."
