"Would have liked an egg option. The hotel and service were great however they didn’t have my reservation. Upon check in they didn’t have me in the system. They eventually found me in the Expedia app but still couldn’t access the reservation. The hotel just gave me a room and said they would handle with Hotels.com after which I appreciated. Really bummed us out having to wait to figure out why it wasn’t in the system. Do better Hotels.com."
