"The check was a bit of a pain as they were having problems with their key system and there was as coupon fo people ahead of me. So a bigger delay than normal. However, the lady Behind the counter was outstanding. Patient. Calm. Made sure we knew everything about the problem and about the hotel. Then thought our stay everything we came near a staff member they said hi or good morning and several times in the lobby they checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Breakfast was great. The supper and the drink offerings were great as well although we could t take advantage of them. Next time. I will be doing some traveling to Charlotte in the next Several mknths and I tend to stay here each time. "
