"This hotel is close to downtown Catania (about 2 km walk). We were able to choose between a room downstairs or a suite upstairs. We chose the suite because it had a small kitchen and a private terrace. You have to take fairly narrow spiral staircase to get upstairs but this was not a problem for us. "I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM.
