The photos versus reality is a quite big difference shock. This is pure cheapest hostel type place remade for b&b 'look'. Doors like from prison, stabbed with a knife or sth, completely not even fit, light was shooting from all sides from the corridor and you could hear even whispering. Bathroom dirty and rusty. Window covered with sticker and without light it was midnight all day in the room. We gave up after first night and moved to another place. Bed was so tragic, i can feel my back till now. If you want, i can share photos.

Établissement très bien, situé pas loin du centre La chambre était propre avec toutes les confort ( climatisation,article de douche et café et article pour le petit-déjeuner mis quotidiennement) possibilité de cuisiner avec cuisine partagée doté de tout les accessoire nécessaire et un petit balcon avec table pour manger je vous le conseille cet hôtel c’était l’unique chose que nous on as bien aimé a Catania parce que le reste de la ville c’était très sale et pleins de poubelles et odeurs désagréables dans les rue

Good except for...

The room itself was ok, one bed with private bathroom. The localisation was also fine, a 15 minutes walk to the city center. The biggest disadvantage was no sound proof - the windows were trembling with wind or cars passing by. Through the doors you could hear every tenant.

Absolutely 10/10! We loved our stay here. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the staff is very friendly. The location is walkable, 15 minutes from most of the places.

Precisei de uma estadia urgente, pois chegaria tarde de uma viagem. Tudo foi muito rápido e seguro. Um local que oferece checkin tardio sem problemas, super moderno, não tinha ninguém no local, mas devidamente orientada, abertura através de senha. Perfeito. Local lindo, novo, com tecnologia na iluminação e segurança, além de ser numa área de Catania bonita e segura. Deixaram no meu quarto como um mimo, um pequeno café da manhã. Amei. Recomendo.

Bellissima stanza, colazione da migliorare

Struttura molto bella, vicino al centro: in 3 giorni a catania ho dimenticato l'auto, lasciata a parcheggio davanti al Tifeo. Le note da migliorare: - sembra un hotel, poiché c'è la carta magnetica che ti fa entrare e aziona l'elettricità in camera, però questo toglie l'aria di familiarità che di solito hanno i B&B e ti da un po' la sensazione di essere trascurato come cliente.- Le tende alle finestre: siccome è situato ad un pian terreno, ce ne vorrebbero due, di cui una non trasparente (altrimenti tieni chiuse le tapparelle alle finestre). - colazione assolutamente da migliorare,con tutti cibi preconfezionati è un po' bruttina come cosa, magari sarebbe carino proporre qualcosa di tipicamente siciliano. Credo che la struttura sia giovane e migliorerà sicuramente. In definitiva comunque la camera è ottima per qualità prezzo.

Great but noisy

This is a great place. Cheap, comfortable, and with great service. Unfortunately, like many places in Sicily, windows and doors are paper thin, so it is not the quietest place ever... Not light proof either (for those like me who have a hard time sleeping with light). I guess it depends which room you have (we were close to the entrance door...). If you’re looking for a comfortable & cheap accommodation, but not afraid of some noise and light, this is the place to go. Great deal for the price.

Хорошое место, не очень далеко от центра, тихий район, хороший завтрак, большая общая кухня для готовки, холодильник. Чисто, убирают каждый день, хорошие , добродушные хозяева.
