"This was a perfect location, less than a 5 minute walk to historical sites, restaurants, shopping, vending machines, the fish market, etc. Max gave helpful information about local sites and restaurants. On-street parking and a parking lot were both within walking distance. The building and room were older but the location more than made up for that. "

"I had a very pleasant holiday in this nice B and B. The owner supplied good information in advance and during my stay( via WhatsApp). He arranged for Tony, the driver , to collect me from the airport and deliver me there at the end of my stay. The room was large, very clean and they changed the towels and sheets every day. The location is very near a railway station and only a 20 minute walk from downtown. Coffee good. Croissants not."

The neighborhood did not encourage leaving it on the street - the closest free space was near Teatro Greco - and the on-site parking offered was simply the ground floor of a staircase with a gate so narrow that only an experienced driver using a really small car could get in. "The room is very nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom facilities. We didn't have the breakfast option so can't comment on that but the host is very considerate so it would probably be good It was lovely to stay in a traditional Sicilian house. 50 steps to the front door so if you aren't physically fit, this might not be for you. Close to the bus station and the train station. Can't comment on parking."
