A good hotel all round

Vita on reception was excellent. Dont let the rundown neighbourhood put you off. Located between the train and bus station and the Duomo/restaurant area. A good hotel all round

We stayed overnight for a flight in the morning. Hotel was lovely, very welcoming staff, especially the young lady on reception, she was amazing! The room was nice, shower etc very good. Breakfast was lovely with great choice. Well positioned walking distance to tourist attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend

Okay stay

It is a nice and comfortable place to stay, but calling it a boutique hotel may be a little bit of a push. Cordial staff at reception. Breakfast could do with some atmosphere, and a member of staff guiding you rather than chatting away in the kitchen (loudly) about personal affairs.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic breakfast. Just didn’t like the location. We got charged €20 for a lift to pick up our rental car and then got dropped off in the wrong location and had to wAlk with our luggage.

Nice hotel, but terrible location. Not advisable to leave the hotel on foot in the evening. I have never ever experienced a more unsafe area. The room only had a small window in the ceiling.

Gutes Hotel - super Preis-Leistung

Sehr schönes Hotel, guter Service, Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke, großes schön eingerichtetes Zimmer unterm Dach, Bad nicht perfekt sauber aber ok, tolles Frühstück, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stadtkern Wir haben 2 Nächte gebucht, am Anfang und am Ende unserer Reise. Würden dort wieder buchen.

Horrível Experiência

Nossa experiência neste hotel foi horrível, passamos duas diárias sem que o ar condicionado funcionasse, mesmo com vários pedidos o funcionário da recepção não nos atendeu, o hotel jamais teria condições de ser 4 estrelas , local muito ermo, sem estrutura , café da manhã longe de ser de um hotel de 4 estrelas, por fim pedimos pra chamar um táxi 4:30 da manhã e o funcionário cobrou 30 euros do hotel ao aeroporto, na verdade era 22 euros a diferença iria ser pra ele . Foi uma grande fria que entramos, fica a dica
