"This small, family run hotel is well situated for exploring Cat Ba town on foot. The room was spacious but basic. The AC and fans worked well cooling the room. Rooms at the front are noisy from the Main Street. My room at the back was quieter with only noise coming from the kids in the school next door. "The best hotel ive stayed in so far on my trip to vietnam. Trung the receptionist was so helpful, I wish all were as good as him. He goes the extra mile and genuine service. The hotel was spotless and my room spacious with a great view of the bay, especially sunrise in the morning rising above one of the islet peaks. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who prefers a quieter location away from the main town and very close to the cruise boat harbour. 5 stars from me"
