• Cleaning fee: EUR 300 per accommodation, per stay
• Towels fee: EUR 25 per person, per week
• Utility fee: EUR 10 per accommodation, per night

• Pet fee: EUR 120 per accommodation, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
