He either hates Americans or women or people .. we just thought it was a bad day we all have them but next day still nasty mean and unhelpful !!.. Thank goodness there was a young man that did wait on us at checkout he was Amazing !! But the other guy might keep me from coming back… "

"The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. We appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor with balcony. The service was excellent, the property grounds are large and peaceful. Our breakfast was bountiful and we were offered more than we could possibly eat. Our sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. "

"Loved the entire property. Nice rooms, pool, parking, and breakfast. There were 2 large groups staying there so they needed to figure out the dining a bit better. A group of 100 and another 35 were there so they set up for dinner for them and forgot about the other 10-12 guests but eventually ( once said we needed a place too) set up some tables outside for us."
