"5 stars down the line (my phone is not letting me choose 5 stars!). We loved everything! I called ahead and every question was answered with an such care. Iliana was the first in-person greeting. She is a wonderful representation of the hotel. Knowledgeable and so helpful with great recommendations! Clean, great bed, so cute, great vibe, the shower! Complete with a body sprayer and a rainfall. Everything smelled new and fresh!!! The body gel was non drying, good shampoo and conditioner. Remington high power blow dryer worked great (similar drying time to my Baby Bliss). The bakery downstairs is really great. Lots of options actually. Perfect location. Great few days. Sad goodbye, but Bruno and John took care of us! They kept our luggage locked up until 5p and John somehow got us a cab in 3 minutes that could handle our overpacking with plenty of seating for us three during rush hour on a weekend where a US college game came to town . It’s a boutique hotel so you will get a personal touch. I appreciated that Bruno knew my name btw. I went for a run and he clearly kept note on my return. I appreciate that! The whole experience was welcoming, comfortable, friendly, professional and fun. I will definitely come back! I had way more fun and got to do so much more with that prime venue!"

"Very clean, A/C stops sometimes but it was explained in a welcome sheet so it was all good, their soap and shampoos are all from Loccitane. All the stuff people are very nice, too. When I asked for hot water for tea, they sent someone over right away with an electric kettle and some black tea bags and sugar and all 👍 The room we stayed was pretty small for two people but the bed was very big so it was comfortable once we figured out how not to be in a way of each other. One thing it bothered us was there was no fan in the bathroom and we couldn't keep the door open either. So the steam stayed for a long time and it was uncomfortable to use after a shower. And the smoke alarm went off from the steam when I opened the door right after the shower. Oh, and I could hear EVERYTHING my husband was doing in the bathroom! This room is good for a couple in a committed relationship but not for a romantic getaway for just started dating kind of couple, just FYI ;) Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay there :)"

"Very helpful staff, held our bags in the lobby on arrival and departure. The room was clean and well kept. Located in a transport hotspot with a lovely bar and the river just down the street. The lobby is currently undergoing a refurbishment and a demolition site to the side of the hotel but we were not impacted by the noise etc of this. The room even had a fan which was especially needed in this hot weather. Thanks again! "

"My stay with my Son was excellent. The o ly issues is with one of the Lady reception that didn't allowed my Jnr Brother that resides in Dublin to come up and visit me until i come down from my hotel room to welcome him upstairs. All the other staffs are very Professional and helpful. "
