"The apartment was beautiful with an amazing view. However, the wifi didn't work and the person in charge didn't bother coming to look at it or help us. So for three days we didn't have wifi or TV. In addition, the listing said they had a pool. There was no pool. When I asked the person in charge she told me that she meant the public pool. A bit disappointing, but we made the best of it. "

"We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. "The hotel is very date run down and in need of repairs. Electric car points didnt work. The staff had no clue how to serve a drink apart from just chuck it in. The chef did know know whar a beef ragu was. The hygiene was very poor and flys no over the breakfast orange juice watered down.yet staff had a non watered down orange juice. No workable safe. On the whole very poor. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies. I would say is we both had bad stomach's after eating in the hotel. I wouldn't touch it if i was you"
