Amazing breakfast and beautiful hotel in a lovely town. The only downside was the restaurant specials where abit disappointing. But the staff where very helpful and it was a nice old fashioned hotel but in very good nick.

We stayed here because we wanted to explore the Ring of Kerry, and it turned out to be the perfect location. The locals were incredibly sweet and welcoming—we ended up having some great evenings playing pool and chatting with them. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and satisfying, and dinner was just as delicious. The staff were wonderful—friendly and full of great recommendations for nearby sights. A great stay all around!

Nice quiet room 112. Tea and coffee. No aircon and no walk in showers. Very quiet town and sadly lacking in places to get dinner. Enjoyed stay. Staff were very nice especially Gavin at breakfast.

This is a beautiful old hotel with a great staff and a nice breakfast. There is no parking at the hotel but there is quite a bit of safe street parking in this quaint little town.

Lovely hotel & great staff

I was on trip with my 3 sisters & a brother, we had 3 rooms, all were lovely & clean, beds very comfortable & tea & coffee topped up daily! Good shower. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again 😁

Great location in city center.

Old hotel in downtown Castleisland. Easy accessable with car, and free parking a short walk away. Average size room with OK comfort. Bathroom is old, but functional. Breakfast is OK.

Top notch customer service!

Reception was amazing , there was a GAA awards ceremony and we were offered ear plugs if the noise got out of hand. We were moved up a floor to help with noise reduction. All round an amazing experience

Good old fashion hotel,typical irish style,nice lady on reception,good size room with tv,coffe,iron and hairdryer.clean bathroom,good buffet breakfest.You could feel the hotel is not new but it has it's own climate.

Good reasonably priced hotel

lovely hotel and friendly staff , clean good size room and very reasonably priced with a lovely breakfast included. Cosy snug bar area . Down sides are chairs in dining area need replacing as the foam is worn out . Carpets threadbare in places on stairs . Overall a nice hotel .

When we got back to our room in the evening there was a motor bike convention on with extremely loud music which was pounding into our room. When i went to complainThe manager moved us up a floor and provided earplugs and apologised. Did did actually end up getting a good night sleep and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were also very friendly.
