Super nice staff, rooms well kept, just around the corner from downtown Rossland and minutes from Trail. It's a road side motel but it's clean, quiet and easy to get to.

Property was nice and clean..unfortunately the 2 dbl/qu bed rooms are extremely small..and there’s nowhere to eat within 15 mins ..nothing to do on the property at all..gas station right next door but that’s it..free breakfast was nice but just basic..it was ok and for the price I’d stay there again

This property surprised us. It looks old from the outside but the rooms have been updated, are modern and clean. The water pressure in the shower was incredible - great shower. The bed was comfortable, our dog was welcome (Rossland itself doesn’t have many dog friendly establishments) continental breakfast was included.
