"I don't appreciate having to pay for surface parking in a neighborhood that is not in a crowded downtown location. The breakfast was the best array of options I've ever seen as an included hotel benefit. I was thrilled to see salsa and tortillas offered. I loved the sweet potato tots and berry compote. My only suggestion would be to add a non-dairy option for those of us (many) who are lactose intolerant. "

"I was very disappointed in this stay at Hampton Inn, the room was spacious as it accommodated 3 adults, however the room itself was outdated, some of the bathroom fixtures looked unclean and loose and in need of repair. The mattress under the bed covers you could tell the mattress was dated also. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and I would say this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Staff was somewhat helpful, I can’t blame them for the updates but I can say that the lady who checked me in did"

"didn't like the bed, too soft. the curtains wouldn't close all the way to there was light in the morning. the a/c would run and then shut off and then run again, quite aggravating we went out for a day and when we came back the room key didn't work, had to go to the main desk and have it reprogramed. never had that happen beforel."

"Breakfast was amazing along with the size of the room and the bed! I was disappointed that there was no option of scent free/hypoallergenic soap or body wash and I had to go to Walgreens to buy some. On our 4 not ght stay had to twice request more coffee, creamer, and cups as they were not being replaced daily. Overall good experience though."

"great location, clean and unique rooms and super friendly staff! Downsides: Elevators broke leaving just 1 which was small and slow. I chose to walk up 10 flights of stairs rather than wait 30 minutes. Bathroom sink water was dangerously hot and didn't get warm, it was either cold or burned you. This is on me for not realizing sooner but there wasn't really any amenities. No pool, hot tub, games, outdoor seating area and what they did have, breakfast, you had to pay for. All in all, it was a great stay however next time I will spend a little extra money for amenities."
