"We had a wonderful stay at this charming rural house in Mungía. Lourdes, the owner, is incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. "The hotel is advertised as three stars, but it’s far from that. The carpet was filthy, and the room clearly needs maintenance and a much better cleaning. We arrived around 10:50 PM and found the reception closed, so we had to go to another address about six minutes away just to pick up the keys."

"The hotel is wonderful, but I would like to highlight the service. They are always will if to make your stay even better. The breakfast was amazing and Cora, Jon and the whole team are very attentive and care for every detail. At the reception Bertha was able to recommend a place for dinner and make the reservation for us. I could not take the name of each member of the staff, but each and everyone were fantastic. I look forward to staying there again! "
