"City hotel with an excellent location, fantastic base to explore Toledo walking. A bit hard to get in and out but that is of course Toledo’s old town. They have a parking close to the hotel which is highly convenient as you can’t really park anywhere else in the old town. The staff were fantastic, very accommodative on any request we had. In particular, Julio and Lorena at breakfast time were always helpful, giving us tips about Puy de Fou, where to buy souvenirs, etc. They made our stay memorable. The rooms are a bit tired but clean and comfortable. "
