"A good hotel with spacious rooms but the actual condition of the hotel is below what is shown in the photo. Not good value for money. The car park is big with space for many cars. However, the hotel should invest in ev charging points as many people now drive EV. I had to drive 5 miles to get my car charged. "

"Our kids loved the place and the pool! We as parent loved that it was very quiet, which is the opposite of what you would expect. Hotel has plenty of parking and very close to the park. We liked it so much that ended up extending 3 more nights. "

"I like all the activities in the park. I didn't like that room was not cleaning. Not enough paper toylet, no claning service in the room, i am on vacation need to clean. It was very dark outside at night. When i arrived at the first day i didnt find the room and it was raining and no one was there to help. "

"Problem with our room so stayed at residence eden. We have used this complex 5 times but hadn’t been for 8 years. The complex is lovely but the rooms really need updating. They haven’t changed in many years and for the price paid I feel you shouldn’t have to clean them yourself! Staff are friendly and helpful. On site restaurant is good quality and well priced. Free bus service into town is very good "
