"The property is in a really good area close to Portaventura and the beach. The apartments are a bit outdated but nothing much the staff are really nice and friendly. A big thing I was disappointed in was finding out we couldn’t check in till 17:00 when are flight landed at 13:15. But overall I would definitely stay here again."

Really pet friendly, the reception staff were great and the cabin we stayed in was perfect for what we needed! A comfortable bed and a great shower. "The apartments are fine but very expensive for what they are and the facilities eg although there’s a lovely terrace there are no loungers. The price was 1 to 2 higher than nearby apartments that offered more. On arrival our balcony doors didn’t lock. We called and someone came to check but we had to sleep feeling unsafe. The next day I rebooted again and the helpful receptionist sorted. There were additional charges he’s for washing towels more than once a week! Plus a charge for the safe so...

"Really nice place. We went in low season, so is easier to have a good experience. Service was nice too. We didn’t know that the reception was not open all the time, we arrived at 16 and apparently it was already too late. So, make sure you inform yourself before arriving "

"Parfait, logement propre et très bien équipé, climatisation dans la pièce à vivre, il y a du bruit le matin mais ca ne nous a pas déranger plus que ça. WIFI gratuit dans l´appartement. En juin on avait de la place dans la rue mais payant de 10h a 14h et de 17h à 22h. Commerces juste en dessous. Piscine petit mais agréable ouverte de 10h à 20h. L´accueil a la réception est parfait. Une caution de 100 € est prelevee mais rendue en 1 semaine environ."

"We absolutely LOVE the Augustus Hotel - this is the 2nd time we've been (and my Mum and Dad stayed over 30 years ago). it's perfect! I can't say anything wrong with it. The location is wonderful - RIGHT on the beach! The staff are great - the rooms.. the breakfast... everything is first class! We'll be back soon! "

"I had an absolute fabulous time, and the young man on night shift call Henry who could speak English was so helpful as I flew into Madrid and and had to get two trains and Taxis to get to my hotel and I was so worried about getting back to Madrid I ask the receptios Henry who could speak very good English who told me I had to go to camp Taragona to get the fast train to Madrid he was very helpful pointing me in the right direction thank you very much and I will be coming back to the hotel very soon as the food and accommodation was beautiful thank you Caroline jenkins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "
