"After booking I read reviews (backwards maybe I know?) and started to feel a little nervous but I could not have been happier with this place. First of all location is incredible. Easy walk to almost anything you want to see. All of the big attractions are right there and the train is a short walk. Fantastic. The room was great clean huge and felt very much like having your own apartment which we loved. Some of the reviews mention no staff and hard to get solutions if problems arise but there always seemed to be a presence during the day if not at the front desk then cleaning staff etc who were super helpful. A well stocked essentials closet made it easy to help yourself when you needed something. We didn't get the breakfast option because again a lot of the reviews said it was stale pastries served in the basement when in fact the "basement" is a lovely cafe at street level which we ended up having breakfast almost every morning anyway. Lovely. The only time we had to reach out on the app was after we checked out and left a very important item in the room and they were quick to help us get back in to retrieve it which was great. Our room faced the street and there was a bit of noise but we were there during the Olympics so the energy level was extra high. The earplugs provided on the nightstands came in handy! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again or consider Numa in other cities in the future "
