- Elegant indoor pool sanctuary beckons with luxurious loungers and poolside bar service in this historic lakeside retreat.
"Hotel is pet friendly but doesn’t allow pets in the common areas (restaurants, etc) which is a bummer because we don’t travel with the dog to keep him inside the room all the time. They even told us that during summer he is not allowed in the garden areas (?). Also, it costed us CHF 50,00 per night for the dog.
The staff is ULTRA friendly and polite.
The common areas are fancy, clean and smell great,
But we feel the gym, sauna and pool could have some improvements as the areas seem quote old...

"A joy to celebrate my husband's special birthday here. We enjoyed 3 nights of wonderful care and help from a brilliant, attentive reception team, especially Sara and Richard. Nikolai was so kind driving us to places to eat in the village in the evening. A special shout out for the young barman, whose name I didnt
get, whose English is exceptional.
The hotel is ideally placed for the village, the island and the Unesco Sacro Monte.
The Couples Symposium in the Wellness Suite was a real treat....
