"1st time in Rome. Staff was pleasant. There was complimentary luggage storage on the day we checked out (our train didn't leave until 4:30). The room was cleaned daily and the AC worked great! That was a plus in over 90 degree heat. I see reviews that said it's in a sketchy area, but we didn't find that to be true at all. It's close to good restaurants and shopping. Less than 20 minutes to walk to the Colosseum."

"I am hesitant to share how great this hotel is at the risk of it getting too popular for a future visit. The vibe was fantastic. The staff were ALL off the chart friendly, helpful and eager to engage and make any moment the best. We were offered a free drink just for minimizing housekeeping. Perfect. Breakfast choices and quality were very good. So many options. The room was amazing. It was hot and humid and you would never know with the great A/C that worked perfectly. The room design was super cute. Comfy. And quite roomy for the price. The galley down the hall was great. The water options of hot/cold, still or sparkling from the tap such a nice touch. The snack machine was out of order but who needs that when you can get a snack at the bar or just outside the hotel. Thank you for making our trip great even with the heat, humidity and the crowds."
