"There was a constant smell in the room, most likely from the plumbing.. otherwise the place was great - convenient location and friendly staff. I would stay here again."

"Our connected rooms were clean, light-colored, small but comfortable, and quiet. The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious (though had no fan), and the shower had a large showerhead with decent water pressure. The mini-fridge had complimentary water and juice bottles, and an electric kettle with packets of tea and instant coffee were also provided. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and probably a good deal if you prepay the daily rate for your entire stay (and ate there every morning) but maybe less a deal if you don't do that. The staff were very friendly and helpful with check-in, check-out, and local dining recommendations."

"Loved my stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and courteous. All the major attractions are within walking distance. Taxis available right in front of the hotel. Everything was very convenient. Hop on hop off bus we’re just near by. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Barcelona. It was my first trip to Spain and I enjoyed so much my stay. Spanish people are very welcoming and friendly. "

"Check in time wasn’t workable for my trip - closed at 7pm - messaged to see if there was a work around, rang repeatedly, tried to contact directly and through hotels.com no one ever replied. Maybe it’s a lovely hotel unfortunately I couldn’t risk it and had to book elsewhere and lost my money. "

"Room was spotless, staff was super friendly and spoke excellent English. Nooria helped us by generously giving us map of the metro and the city and even marked all the places worth visiting for us. She was super kind. Karla helped us check in and was super nice and helpful. I would say all staff were excellent. The room was good size, TV smart function didn't work so we had to cast TV through mobile phone, which was a slight inconvenience, but otherwise everyday sheets were new and the room was made new. There was free Nespresso machine in the room and there was excellent free coffee throughout the day through the machine at reception. "
