The property itself was nice, pool area and Rooms were nice, though a bit outdated. What i didn't like was i paid for a partial ocean view, not even close, my room faced the mtns which are nice but its not the ocean

Form the moment of check in and during our whole stay the staff went over and beyond to give us the best vacation. The room with view are so spacious and clean The pool is surrounded by lemon trees, and on the fifth floor there is a terrace with a spectacular view on the Vesuvius and sea. Definitely recommended, we will be back next time around

We stayed for one night and it was perfect. My kids and I enjoyed the pool and ate lunch poolside as well. The staff was super friendly, the room was perfect for us - a queen bed and a bunk bed suited us well. The view from our balcony of the mountains was calming and refreshing. The reception helped us arrange a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight.

Most staff could do with Customer Service 101 training. Watch out for the advertised “partial sea view”….nothing of the sort unless you have mirrors or can stretch 10 feet over the balcony. Breakfast = ordinary at best Staff = always a battle to get ice - even though there was a 24 hour ice machine Facilities = dated back to the 70’s and so antiquated Felt that we were an impediment to the staff Overall could not recommend highly enough to avoid this place - and I haven’t even mentioned the “mountaineering” experience you need to get back from town.

La mia prenotazione è stata riprotetta nella struttura vicina di pari categoria. Mi sento di affermare che entrambe non sono 4 stelle, ma piuttosto dei 3 stelle che hanno bisogno di essere rinfrescati e aggiornati al 2024. Pulizia accettabile, matutenzione medio-bassa, prima colazione mediocre, personale gentile e cordiale. Ottimo il parcheggio di fronte. Il quartiere era conoaciuto: meglio non starci più di tanto; ma le persone che vi abitano sono educate e cordiali.

Alles gut und super geführt. Sehr, sehr freundliche Menschen, familiär, immer hilfsbereit. Super Klimaanlage! Insgesamt sicher, sauber. Nicht leise, aber im 4 Stock sehr gut geschlafen. Der Ausblick vom Dach ist mega. VESUV.

Hotel da rivedere!

Hotel molto carino, ma non sfruttato al massimo delle potenzialità(ad esempio il bar sul rooftop che non è attivo e camere da svecchiare). Punti forti dell'hotel: personale gentile, vista dal rooftop e tranquillità. Posizione: non molto distante dal centro(in macchina) a piedi invece la strada è ripida, pericolosa e poco illuminata. Altra nota positiva l'organizzazione di eventi serali sul rooftop. Cose negative: servizi presenti sul sito, ma assenti in struttura, ad esempio il servizio navetta o il noleggio bici/auto. La prenotazione: effettuata tramite hotels utilizzando un coupon. Una settimana prima della prenotazione, ci comunicano che il coupon non è stato accettato, apprezzabile la disponibilità della camera allo stesso prezzo anche perché la settimana prima di ferragosto non avremmo trovato altre disponibilità. Al momento dell'arrivo però notiamo che nella la nostra era segnata a penna, probabilmente segnata quando la mattina abbiamo chiamato per avvertire del ritardo.In camera: sciacquone del water molto fastidioso, asciugamani macchiati, bocchetta di ventilazione del condizionatore staccata dal soffitto, assenza di cassaforte, minifrigo e cartellino 'non disturbare'. Colazione poco fornita con prodotti non del giorno e confezionati. Infine orari non rispettati sia quelli del menù della piscina sia quelli del checkout(anticipato). Apprezzata la disponibilità della piscina post checkout senza aumenti. Doccia senza porta e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per il bar.

Esperienza da non ripetere!

L’ albergo si presenta esteriore e nelle parti comuni abbastanza bene, purtroppo però è molto lasciato a se stesso, personale distratto e svogliato poco incline al ricevimento. La camera piuttosto piccola ma sufficiente manca però di appoggi, l’armadio presenta all’interno un vecchio comodino, avanzo di qualche precedente arredamento, messo di lato perché non delle misure adatte per cui inutilizzabile. Il bagno con set di cortesia ma con rubinetteria molto datata ed arrugginita. Le falle maggiori sono però in sala da pranzo, dove per la colazione manca quasi tutto persino i piattini delle tazzine da caffè e le tazze per il latte per cui il cappuccino ( così era descritto sul l’apparecchio, ma dal sapore non ne sarei certo ! ) l’ho dovuto versare in un bicchiere.
