"Beautiful location with a lovely view. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room, however, was a bit challenging to access. It required climbing quite a few steps and then going down another set of stairs to reach it. The small landing at the entrance made it awkward to maneuver our luggage. The room itself was charming but felt somewhat claustrophobic. There were no windows—only a small door leading to a tiny patio with just enough space for a small table and two chairs, plus a small window. Storage was also limited, with no closet or dresser, just a hanging rack that was mounted too high to be practical. Fortunately, we spent most of our days exploring the area, so we mainly used the room for sleeping and getting ready. From what we could see, many of the other rooms appeared to be more spacious and better situated. If we were to return, we would definitely request a different room."
