"We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. "

"Location is excellent to arrive by train and walk to your apartment. We also walked from our apartment to the Colosseum and Forum comfortably and there are many restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. It is one minute walk from Santa Maria Maggiore to visit the grave of Pope Francis."

"Nightmare to check. In I had hard time to check in to get access to get in the apartment and call the manager of the property after I got dropped off from airport and don’t have WiFi he wants me to check in before he give access to apartment it has to be done over the internet and phone no body at the property "

"Property was clean spacious, accessible to metro train, restaurant and famous historical places to visit in Rome, AC working well, Massimo was great helping us, I will recommend this place to stay specially for family its like home 👍"

"It was a good and comfortable place. The forniture are a little bit old. The backyard was very dirty without any maintenance. The only thing I don’t like a lot is that the landlord entered without permission to take away some blankets and towels that were from the previous tenant and were in the yard. "

"Had a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma."

"This apartment was in a great area, easy to walk to everything (10-20mins to most things) and it was a good size for the 4 of us. It has a washing machine, which was great, but it doesn’t dry them all the way so be ready for that. Only recommendation I would make is that after someone checks in, is to give them the key code in the email or through WhatsApp. We were given the “keyless” entry for the app but it kept saying it was offline and it actually never worked. "It was a last minute reservations and an absolute relief to stay there. Very pleasant and helpful staff, quiet, spacious comfortable room for the two of us. Perfect rooftop breakfast included. Easy walking to Trevi fountain and Colosseum areas among other sites. Staff pointed us to several very great restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Easy to catch an early morning flight to FCO and they even packed us a breakfast to go. When in Rome we will stay there again! "

"We loved the location! Could walk almost everywhere and ate at 2 amazing restaurants around the corner from the hotel, one of them having great gluten free options for me! Loved the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Very quiet even though in a busy area. Great breakfast options, with great selection including fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit juices and fruit ,different coffee options! They have vending machines for snacks and wine! Could buy tokens to do laundry. Loved staying at IQ Roma and would highly recommend!"
