"A wonderful hotel! It houses an incredible collection of original Italian design pieces from the 1950s. The first floor was designed by Gio Ponti and features original period furnishings! An incredible experience! These are pieces you’d find in the world’s finest museums. Breakfast is just as fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Castel dell’Ovo and chairs by Carlo de Carli! An incredible place with a fantastic staff. For design lovers, this is a must-experience."

"The location of Hotel Matilde is about as good as you can get as a tourist in Naples. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was about as good as you can get without having someone cook to order. There was one guest complaining excessively about the star rating, but it sounded like a whole lot of nit pickiness to me. "What an amazing guest house. Very modern and fantastic location, close to the port for boat trips, close to Metro and close to many spots for sightseeing. Due to our arrival late at night we did find it a little hard to find but we were offered lots of help to locate the guest house look for the large green door close to Capri Radio. The breakfast was fresh with lots of choice every day and Neomie and Nico gave us great guides and recommendations on where to spend our time whilst in Naples....

"This room was really nice. Perfect for my husband & I and two teenagers. It has a nice shower, hangers, soap, a refrigerator with beverages to purchase. We walked 42 minutes downtown and took a taxi back and also to the airport. I would definitely stay here again."
