"The hotel is centrally located only a few minutes walk from the Bilbao train station on the edge of the old town. The room was spacious but I’d caution that it’s an open plan design meaning that there’s not much separation between the sleeping area and the bathroom area. The pool was small but was very popular nonetheless and the rooftop bar/pool area had great views of the river and Bilbao. Bed was also very comfortable."

"Phone in room not working was unable to call for room service. Room 602 directly below rooftop kitchen, woken up each morning at 6am as kitchen staff wheeling around carts and banging doors. Cleaning lady walked in an hour before check-in despite 'do not disturb' sign clearly visible hanging from outside doorknob, walked in with full view of me in shower. Told all to front desk at check out, response: "so sorry". Beautiful property though."

"Great central location, parking garage was about 2 blocks away. We were there during a recent heatwave and the AC was much appreciated as it left the room chilly. The staff was very helpful as we had quite a few questions and requests. We ended up adding 2 additional nights to our original 4 night stay. Walking distance to the museum, restaurants, chopping, and the viejo part of town. Would stay here again."

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were spacious and impeccable, and the staff was extremely helpful. They literally anticipated needs. We parked our car in the hotel garage and every time we needed it during our stay, there were fresh bottles of water in the car. There was also always new bottled water in the room, along with nightly chocolate surprises. We stayed over Fourth of July and found America themed cupcakes in our room."

"The room we originally booked had a bad smell when we checked in and staff were kind enough to quickly find us a new room and give us a complimentary upgrade. After that, our stay was great. Our new room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the river. The location is convenient and walkable to the rest of the city. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Our family of three stayed here for one night after arriving on a late flight. It was exactly what we needed- clean, easy to get to, and quiet. The staff was helpful and efficient. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Breakfast had all the usual options and plenty of space. There is a free airport shuttle until 23:30."

"Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff at Reception. Very comfortable, modern, good sized room, pleasantly decorated. Excellent breakfast, with many options. We loved it. Very good location.
