"I stayed here for one night and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the staff were very kind and welcoming, and the decor throughout the hotel—especially in the hallways—was beautiful and thoughtfully done. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient if you need to be in the Calabasas area. I also appreciated the on-site washer and dryer, which were easy and inexpensive to use. That said, there were a few drawbacks. The pool was undergoing maintenance and wasn’t filled during my stay, and it wasn’t clear when it would be available again. I arrived around 7:30 PM and found that the restaurant was not open—I’m assuming it may only operate for breakfast, but that wasn’t clearly communicated. The room itself was fairly basic, and unfortunately the bathroom and shower were not as clean as expected. Noise was also an issue—I could hear people walking above me and a fair amount of hallway noise throughout the night. There was a large group checking in right before I arrived, which may have contributed, but it did seem like the overall sound insulation could be improved. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless I needed something convenient last-minute. It works in a pinch, but there are likely better options for a more comfortable stay."

"Soni accidentally booked this hotel and I've been there before Sobi call for a refund like 5 minutes after and they said they can't help me and can give me a refund. I don't agree with that and will never go here again."
