"The room was very clean as was the lobby and other common areas. The door to the room is not only difficult to open because the tension on it isincredibly high, which makes it Very hard to keep it opening while trying to get the luggage cart in and out of the room. I understand you aren't doing single use containers, but the ones on the walls are nearly impossible to squeeze to get anything out. There must be something better they can come up with."

"This hotel was THEE best stay! Hot breakfast buffet, heated pool and hot tub, warm and welcoming staff, etc. Highly recommend!"
