The room was nice as were the staff. I was there for two nights and after going out for the day I came back to find that my room wasn’t made up. Bed was unmade, towels I used weren’t picked up and replaced. When I checked out this morning the receptionist didn’t ask me how my stay was

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
Very courteous and helpful staff and good clean room. Location was excellent to the Rideau Canal, restaurants and shops.

Les Suites Hotel Ottawa
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, the one issue we had the beds were to small for a couple to share and were not big people . lol .
