"Was a little apprehensive on the stay here after only paying £33 fit myself and grandson. I needn’t of been. Yes the place is dated but it was clean, no smells and the bed was comfortable, and there was extra pillows in the room. Tea, coffee facilities were good too. We didn’t go into the bar area. Will defo stay again. Only downside was the reception staff, not overly friendly however I did arrive just as she was eating food."

"We stayed at The Royal Swan Ashley Manor. Wickham for one night, my birthday Halloween day. This hotel was excellent, very clean rooms with all that you needed. Twin room with buffet breakfast and pre ordered cooked English breakfast, all just great. Staff all very friendly and happy. Good sized parking bays for my large car. Walked 10 minutes to a local pub. great atmosphere on this special day. Would definitely stay again."

"Staff were very positive and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent and more than enough. Great choice available. Parking was good, but very tight on the night we were there as there was a wedding going on. But we still found a spot. In spite of how busy it was the staff coped really well and were cheerful to boot."
