"This is one of our favorite places to stay and we were so pleased with everything once again! We were comfortable, relaxed and welcomed like we were best friends!"

"Room was ok. "city view" was a view of the wall of the building next door. Mini fridge didnt work. cabinets looked like theyd been chewed on my a dog. 1 cabinet door wouldnt stay shut. Theres no exhaust fan in the awkward shower. the shower door doesnt stay shut and stay open into the shower by about 2" so water gets directed onto the bathroom floor. I've stayed there before and prob would again as its close to everything."

"Stay was ok. Nothing special. Decent pricing compared to nearby locations for a spur of the moment stay. Place was clean. Seemed like staff was under stocked for stays as we couldn't get any more blankets or pillows, and the kitchen staff was pretty rude. Parking garage was a little confusing and it smelled of weed everywhere."

"Wow the front desk was very helpful with all my accommodations. The room was perfect."

"Staff was very courteous, we had to change rooms because the original room smelled strong of garlic. "

"So apparently if you reserve a room they don't reserve the room. When I arrived at 11pm, tired, with hot food and ready to eat. I was informed they did not have a room for me. Said they only had 1-2 rooms left and they were king suites. Mind you I reserved a 2 queen bed room, due to splitting the room with a buddy. I was told the king suite is an upgrade.....yeah if I only needed one bed. Its not an upgrade when I need 2 beds. 45 min later to no avail I had to accept the single bed room. Luckily another buddy had gotten a 2 bed room and was able to accommodate one of us. Be that as it may, it does not make it acceptable that I reserved a room and it was not reserved for me. I don't care what 3rd party app I use. I expect to get what I paid for, not an alternative that doesn't work. "

"Only thing I would complain about is the breakfast. Had a big event at Van Andel Arena the night before and a ton of people stayed here to. The event lasted longer than most people stay up and so we were all sluggish in the morning and didn’t make it to breakfast until 9, breakfast was until 930. Well at 9am, they only had eggs, 2 sausage patties anda few muffin sandwiches. Never refilled anything. I get it’s close to breakfast ending but there was at least 50 people I seen come down from 9-920 to get breakfast!!"
