"Wonderful hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and the afternoon cookies were delicious. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel had absolutely everything we wanted. Beautiful pool, very easy access to a private beach, lovely towel service, terrific and dedicated staff in facilities, bartending, cleaning of the main parts of the hotel. The restaurant was onsite perfect and bar/resto exceptional for easy drinks, snacks by the pool, and enjoying the full day outside. This hotel is in a great location on Long Boat Key. We didn't have a car and were able to uber to St. Armand's Circle for shopping and Amelia's Island for beaches/change of scenery."

"Poor experience at check in Arrived at 11am (didn’t expect room to be ready) but I would expect to be allowed to park and maybe use the pool. I was told to come back at 330pm I asked for advice on what or where I could go until then maybe thinking I’d be given some local ideas etc, I was just met with a shrug. Came back at 330pm. Room not ready, finally was given key at 4pm. Reception smelt of cigarettes, awful. Room was clean, pool is lovely. But I wouldn’t stay here again, customer service was poor, previous guests of our room had smoked outside and the stubs remained outside our room. For the money we paid for a two night stay I’ve stayed on some amazing top resorts in Florida. This is more of a motel in my opinion. Other guests we met from the states seemed to love the place. However for ourselves we felt aside From the pool it was a pretty low quality place, with poor customer service. Maybe you will love it. We didn’t. Family from UK."
