Kompose Boutique Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Nice breakfast buffet many choices. Staff friendly, room modern. Warm pool"

Carlisle Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Friendly staff, beautiful hotel and well maintained. I didn't expect the rooms to be spacious as well and very peaceful. I had a rough week and this helped me get the rest and relaxation I needed. Decorations were also very nicely done! I would not hesitate to book another room at this hotel on my next visit to Sarasota. The restaurant next door is a great perk. Breakfast was fine. If I have to suggest an improvement on, it would be the shower heads. It was very basic and no adjustable flow. It didn't bother me, but that would be the only thing I would point out. I highly recommend this hotel!"

Embassy Suites by Hilton Sarasota, FL

10/10 Excellent

"It makes me crazy when they have communal body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. All you need is one teenaged boy or drink young man to come up with peeing in the bottles and we are washing in it. At those prices, they should give us hygienic shower amenities. There was also a construction site nearby where the beeping from machinery was audible and they started very early and went all day. It was like trying to sleep through your alarm clock. But the hotel has no control over that. The hotel was great and clean. The staff was wonderful. We did have to drag our own luggage though, but there were plenty of luggage carts by the elevator to the parking garage."
