"Camera pulita, personale accogliente, buono anche il fatto di parcheggiare nella struttura, visto che fuori è difficile parcheggiare, unica pecca forse il fatto che non c'è una segnaletica visibile chiaramente che indichi la struttura e il bagno in comune( anche se personalmente non ho avuto modo di condividere, forse perché sono stato solo una notte, o perché in quel momento mancava l'altro ospite) "

"I live in the town of Cervia and needed a place to put my bosses for a work trip in the area. This place was perfect. The decor and vibe was very cool with a completely renovated old home. There is a gym, sauna and meeting room which is amazing considering the limited space. Federica is a great host and her breakfast is a lovely experience. "

"This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round...

"This is not really a hotel. Just a few rooms without any of the usual hotel facilities. But the room was good. Just no restaurant, no breakfast area, etc. but there are sufficient eating options in the vicinity so no problem. It is just that this was not very clear at the time of booking. "

"Spent two nights and if I’m ever back in Cesenatico I would definitely stay there again. The room was clean, modern, and good water pressure for the shower. It’s right next to the train station which was very convenient and an easy walk to the centre of the town and the beach. Franco was very friendly and helpful."
